London Jesus Day has been developing as an annual Christian event steadily since 1987, so this will be our 28th year celebrating Jesus on the square. Trafalgar Square is one of the most iconic places in London; an average of 17 million tourists flock to visit it every year. What better place to hold an event that celebrates the saving power of Jesus?
We want to work together with as many churches and Christian ministries as possible, creating a platform for them all to share this good news alongside us at one focused ‘London Jesus Day’ event every year. Don’t miss this opportunity to make an impact for Jesus in one of the world’s most visited cities.
We’ll start off the day by praying in various locations across the centre of London, singing, praying and spreading the love of Jesus. Anyone is welcome to join us – we want to make the Church of Jesus relevant to any onlookers and encourage them to come to the Trafalgar Square event afterwards.See how you can get involved
We’ll start off the day by being sent out to various locations across the centre of London, singing, praying and spreading the love of Jesus.
We'll be organising and commissioning five teams for this at 12pm. In each of the five locations we'll pray for the people of the area, we'll have gospel message demos and we'll be handing out tickets to invite people back to the big event at 2pm, which is part two of the day.
Anyone is welcome to join us – we want to make the Church of Jesus relevant to any onlookers and encourage them to come to the event at Trafalgar Square afterwards.
Just think how many hundreds, or maybe even thousands of people we'll reach even before the start of the main event. We're looking forward to it.
Trafalgar Square's going to be transformed.
The main event on Trafalgar Square, starting at 2pm, will consist of three hours of non-stop gospel acts, messages and worship. We're gonig to lift up Jesus, putting him front and centre in all we do.
Have a look at our list of contributors to see a few of the team who will be contributing to the event on the Square this year.

Mark’s childhood led him down a path that ended in a prison sentence, and he eventually became a violent drug addict. He gave his life to Jesus in prison but found that being a Christian had its own challenges.
Mark’s story is an encouragement to those who think they have walked so far away from God that they can never find Him again.
